As a technical recruiter you have a successful track record of recruiting top technical talent. You will need to have the competencies of a full-cycle recruiter, but what sets you apart is your ability to connect quickly and build long-term relationships with the community of Engineers you are recruiting. You will be managed by larger objectives so the canvas is blank; we expect creative solutions for our client’s talent acquisition challenges.
What experience will allow you great success?
· A minimum of five years full-cycle technical recruitment experience for technology companies (Web Application, Networking, Cloud, Mobile)
· Proven track record of recruiting Software Developers (Java, Ruby, .Net, C, C++)
· Blend of external (third-party) and internal corporate recruitment experience
· Skills associated with building a network. (Cold calling, attending networking events, building an online community and digital brand)
· Deep knowledge of social networking sourcing strategies
· Creative, entrepreneurial, and internally motivated
