We Conduct Comprehensive Candidate Screening

Finding the best talent is not about quantity, it’s about quality. When we perform a search, we provide you with a select group of quality candidates, each one absolutely capable of excelling in the position. Providing a massive quantity of mediocre candidates may seem impressive, but in the long run it is just wasting your time and ours. It is our job to go through the stacks of resumes for you, identifying the gems and presenting you with the best of the best.

  • Explore All Possible Options
    Relying heavily on our own TalentCentral system, we identify and prioritize individuals to contact about a possible placement. Contact is made on the telephone, in writing and in person to kick-start the process which ultimately leads to the identification of the perfect star. During this phase we engage a large number of people, enabling us to filter through to the best, most capable candidates for in-depth interview.

 

  • Interview Prospective Stars
    It is essential that we personally interview each potential candidate for the positions that our clients are trying to fill. Our interviews are very thorough. We spend large amounts of time trying to understand people holistically, not just how they will function in a specific role. We can then be certain that our candidates are not only technically qualified, but also a perfect fit for our client’s corporate atmosphere. Following the interview, we keep in touch with the candidates, keeping them informed about where they stand in the process. All communication is done with absolute discretion, ensuring that the reputations of all parties remain intact.

 

  • Prepare and Present a Short List of Candidates
    After identifying a potential candidate and getting his or her permission for submittal, we transfer the candidate’s resume and a Scouting Report to our client. The Scouting Report outlines our thoughts and notes about the candidate’s qualifications and professional life, includes a personal life summary, and presents the pros and cons of accepting the candidate. We follow this initial written presentation with additional verbal quantification, either by telephone or during personal meetings with our client. The care with which we conduct this process ensures that we do not waste your valuable time.

 

  • Check References
    We believe that it is essential to confirm our own evaluations by checking with a candidate’s former professional associates. This seems like simple common sense, but it is surprising how often this step is overlooked.

 

  • Coordinate Interview Times and Travel Arrangements with Potential Candidates
    We have a lot of time and interest invested in our TalentLab Stars, so we do all we can to maintain a very open and solid rapport with them, playing the role of a career advisor. We remain deeply involved in the coordination of interviews, travel arrangements and salary negotiations. Often we are able to help solve relocation issues, address family concerns, and advise a candidate about his or her exit from a current job. We feel that dealing with final logistics is a very important part of the placement process and that the value resulting from our varied experience and ability pays off for all involved.

We Maintain a Lifetime Relationship
